Consumer Product Safety Legislation

In our first segment, we discuss the recently passed Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, signed into law last August. While this bill was prompted by the Chinese killer toys scandal, the legislation does much, much more, such as implement novel whistleblower protection provisions. Guests include:
